The FACTS:x platform provides a modular and systematic approach for a software company to discover and deliver sustain, superior customer value. The foundation of the framework is FACTS:assess, a comprehensive assessment that identifies where value is being created and lost - this is what we call ValueSight. While the assessment involves both internal and external interviews, it is done with sensitivity to the business’ current operations.
ValueSight is the basis for FACTS:target where the focus is on understanding how to improve the customer experience for the company's intended customers. ValueState and ValueStrat respectively provide a clear definition of the new customer experience and the delivery strategy for providing this experience.
The value delivery strategy then is used as the basis for developing comprehensive plans that VALUE:driven Group's team of experienced partners that can help you develop and implement for sustained, superior value.
